This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, and no embedded content transfers data to third parties when a page is loaded. Fonts are not loaded from external servers.
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Neue Medien Münnich (ALL-INKL.COM), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When pages are accessed, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (page requested, date and time, amount of data, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address). The IP address is stored only in shortened form, and the log files are deleted after seven days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Learning websites for lectures
The learning websites in the mathematics section store your progress (for example answered self-tests) only in your browser’s local storage. This data is not transmitted to me or to third parties and only serves to provide the function you requested. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Contact by email
If you email me, I use your details only to answer your enquiry. Guestbook messages are published only with your consent and only with the name you provide.
Newsletter
The newsletter is sent via Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When you subscribe, your email address is transferred to and stored by Mailchimp, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Audio and video
Audio samples and videos are delivered via bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), and only when you press play. Your IP address is then transmitted to bunny.net; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Links to YouTube are ordinary links; YouTube’s privacy policy applies only once you follow them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Berlin the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
